⭐ REFUND & RETURN POLICY (WEBSITE COPY VERSION)

Your satisfaction matters to us. Every jewellery piece is crafted with precision and inspected thoroughly before dispatch. However, if you face any genuine concern, we will ensure a smooth resolution.


📦 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in case of wrong product delivered or manufacturing defect and must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return:
✔ Product must be unused, unworn, and damage-free
✔ Must be returned in original packaging
✔ Must include boxes, certificates, invoice & tags
✔ A clear unboxing video must be provided for verification

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).


🔧 Manufacturing Defect & Order Issues

Please check your product as soon as it arrives.

We cover:
✔ Loose stones
✔ Visible scratches or marks
✔ Broken locks or joints
✔ Incorrect product received
✔ Wrong size delivered

We will repair or replace the product at no additional cost after evaluation.


💍 Exchange & Size Support

We offer one-time free resizing within ±2 sizes, if requested within 7 days of delivery.
Only logistics/shipping charges apply.

Standard products (non-custom) may be exchanged after return approval.

For exchanging designs, place a new order once refund/inspection is complete.


🚫 Products Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Certain products are specially made and cannot be reused:

❌ Customized jewellery
❌ Personalized or engraved items
❌ Made-to-order sizing
❌ Sale or discounted items
❌ Gift cards

Customized items are crafted exclusively for you and therefore are not eligible for return.


🔁 Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will update you regarding approval.

Once approved:
💳 Refund will be issued to the original payment method
⏳ Typically processed within 5–7 working days

Note: Bank/UPI/payment platforms may take additional time to reflect refunds.


🔒 Authenticity, Records & Certification

Every jewellery piece is dispatched with:
✔ Purity certificate
✔ Metal hallmarking (where applicable)
✔ Gemstone authenticity document

Missing certificates, damage, or mismatch can result in deduction during refund.
